We had problems dropping car off as information we had said go to level 2, but there was no one there. I called and when eventually answered was told to go to level 2! Man’s accent was difficult to understand! Getting to level 2 involved asking for assistance at barrier so we didn’t have to pay for entering but got to Level 2 where there was purple parking stand, nothing with company name on it. Transpired that they use purple parking kiosk - confusing! So terrible start but pick up was amazing,
My instructions sent me to the wrong level in the short term car park. The message on the phone confused me so I thought I didn't need to phone you.
Didn't like the attitude of the staff member on arrival.Seems like he didn't know what he was doing and wasn't helpful till another staff member intervene and assisted us.
